Will Osler

Will is a Senior Director within the Trailblazers offering at Beckway. He began his career with Lockheed Martin, joining its Operations Leadership Development Program, in which he drove value across multiple first-line leadership roles in Production, Quality and Supply Chain. He has strong experience in both Manufacturing Operations and Project Management, primarily focusing on cost reduction initiatives. He has worked in a wide variety of environments, ranging from a naval shipyard to a multi-billion-dollar aircraft factory, and enjoys integrating cross-functional teams to drive execution.

Before joining Beckway, Will was with Accenture where he most recently served as the Global PMO Lead for a large managed service transition.

Will earned his BA from the University of South Carolina, his MS from Southern Methodist University and is pursuing his MBA from Northwestern (Kellogg).
