Troy Stear

Troy is a Senior Director at Beckway. Troy is a proven leader with demonstrated achievements in increasing both revenue and profitability as well as leading teams through implementations, process changes, and achieving results that meet established goals. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt with significant experience leading transformational changes within operations. His diverse background within multiple supply chain functions along with his collaborative leadership style has consistently improved goal alignment across functional teams which enabled higher performing supply chains for his companies.

Prior to joining Beckway, Troy was the Director of Operations at Tucker Powersports, where he was responsible for defining continuous improvement strategies within the distribution network for service parts and accessories. Prior to that, Troy was the Senior Operations Manager at Kubota Tractor Company.  Before joining Kubota, Troy was the Director of Operations at Neovia Logistics for clients within the automotive and industrial equipment industries.

Troy earned his ABA in Business Administration from Illinois Central College and his BS in Business Computer Systems from Bradley University.
