Marcella Gambino

Marcella is a member of the People and Growth team at Beckway. She has extensive knowledge and expertise in attracting and retaining employees. In her current role, Marcella is responsible for shaping the strategy of culture and engagement within the firm.

Marcella has spent the last few years at Beckway recruiting many of our current team members and working to help mold our positive culture within the firm. Prior to joining Beckway, she recruited, hired, trained, and managed university hires from large campuses across the United States for accounting firms starting with EY and later Grant Thornton. She focused specifically on advisory hires specializing in finance, risk, and cybersecurity. Prior, she spent seven years with The Princeton Review leading business development efforts in the greater Philadelphia area.

Marcella in based in Philadelphia and graduated with a Masters in Business Administration from Villanova University, specializing in strategic management and international business. She also earned her Bachelor’s degree in strategic and organization communications from Temple University.
