Jeff Fix

Jeff Fix has worked in senior level human resources roles for several high-profile companies. He most recently was the Founder and Principal Consultant at Fractional HR, where he provided strategic HR services to private equity and portfolio companies.

Prior to opening his own business, Jeff was the Chief Human Resources & Communications Officer for The Imagine Group. Before that, he served as the VP of HR at Deluxe Corporation where he was the top HR executive covering seven countries and over 4,000 employees. In this role, he realigned HR strategies to meet the changing needs of the business, created innovative strategies to attract and retain talent, and established talent management processes.

Jeff has deep experience in human resources strategy and a strong focus on building a culture of inclusive leadership across diverse organizations. He is known for his ability to transfer business strategy into action through people.

Jeff earned his Master’s in Business Administration from LaGrange College and holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Auburn, University. He also completed the Human Resources Executive Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
